ZoodlesI’ve been searching for {healthier recipes} to try out for weeknight dinners.  I’ve been hearing a lot about making noodles out of vegetables and decided to give this recipe a try.  I made zucchini noodles, more affectionately called{zoodles}!  What’s nice about zoodles is that they don’t take long to cook – just a quick saute in a creamy lemon sauce was all that was needed.  I put a little too much lemon in this time, but other than that I wouldn’t change a thing!
