Strut.

Ever since my days of watching {Lauren Conrad} on The Hills, I’ve wondered what it would be like to work behind the scenes at a fashion show.  This past weekend I got my first taste of the beautiful chaos that is fashion.  Saturday was the Local Lookbook Runway Show produced by {Strut. Madison Fashion Series}.  I volunteered to help out because a friend of mine played a big role in coordinating the week-long event – an outlet the Madison fashion scene desperately needed.

The show gave local designers & boutiques a chance to showcase their work and to network with each other.  The show featured both men’s and women’s clothing from {Change Boutique, Gg Collections, Lu Anders Boutique, Middleton Dress Co, Moda Italy, NEWD Clothing Company, and Zip Dang}.  The looks ranged from gorgeous flowing dresses to cute everyday t-shirts.

The day was crazy/fun/exhausting/exhilarating and overall amazing :-)  Below is a picture recap of my 7.5 hour day as a {Strut. girl}
